Cancellation policies:
No charge for written cancellation done up to 14 days before the arrival date. After 14 days you will be charged one night. If you cancell 48 hours or less before the arrival date will not be entitled to partial or total refund of the amount paid. If you leave the hotel before your stay ends (early departure), you will not be refunded.
HIGH SEASON No charge for written cacellations received 25 days before the arrival date. After 25 days you will be charged two nights . Cancellation done 15 days or less before the arrival date will not entitle you to partial or total refund of the amount paid. In case you leave the hotel before your stay ends , you will not receive refund.
HIGH SEASON and HOLIDAYS BOOKINGS: Sunset Suites Boutiques requires mails to reserve and does not accept online reservations for Christmas, New Year, Easter, summer and holidays such as: May 1rst, June 29th, July 28-29th, August 30th, October 8th, November 1st, December 8th . Other dates designated and communicated by the hotel.
REFUND POLICIES: Refunds of money will be done according to the hotel convenience, deducting transaction expenses.
Children and extra beds:
Children are welcome If you do not use a family room, no charge for children under two years if sleeping with parents and not use bed. If an extra bed is required, you will pay usd 35 per night; If a crab is required the cost is usd 25 per night. Please book before arrival, subject to availability.
Pets:
Small dogs or cat are allowed upon request.

Our restaurant is open every day from 12:00 to 22:00 hrs. Uncovered parking is available outside our premises. Smoke-free rooms. Smoking is only allowed only in designated areas.
